I did not stay under 500 today.
Ate so much candy almost 300 calories. Disgusting!!
+ a big meal -- cabbage, minced meat, tomatoes, garlic, olive oil.
+ peas, gooseberries.
A total of 600-700 I think.
Exercised a bit. No cardio tho.
Today I looked in the mirror and my legs really did look a little bit better.
But not good enough yet. Gotta keep going.
Tomorrow will be a better day.
